Beetleberry comes off as a sweet, compassionate tom with a kit-like playfulness when managing his clanmates. Yet, when he turns his back, it is a weel-practiced facade that perhaps shows more of the cat he wants to be rather than is. obsessed with medicine and controlling life or death, he has only recently been left as the clan's medicine cat, as he failed to save his mentor's life from the clan's sickness, and is more obsessed than ever with finding how far herbs can go.
